Felt athlete Wout Van Aert has made history. The Belgian superstar won his third consecutive cyclocross world championship, his second of which came aboard the Felt Fx race bike. After a long and arduous racing season that saw plenty of highs and lows befall him, Van Aert showed the world what true champions are made of by putting in a performance for the ages on a brutal and technical racecourse.
After what appeared to be the making of an epic showdown with his top rival, Mathieu van der Poel of the Netherlands, Van Aert attacked on the second lap and never looked back. When the mud had settled over an hour later, Van Aert was crossing the finish line after a non-stop, full-gas effort that put him a stunning two minutes and thirteen seconds ahead of the second place finisher, Van Aert’s countryman Michael Vanthourenhout. Mathieu van der Poel rounded out the Elite Men’s podium 2:30 in arrears of the newly crowned three-time world champion.
Van Aert’s incredible achievement of three consecutive world titles, the latter two of which were achieved aboard the Felt Fx, validates the importance of having the very best equipment come race day, as well as the Fx’s standing as the very best cyclocross race bike in the world. Of course, Van Aert’s success is also due to to a complete commitment to training at the highest level, as well as unrivaled dedication and focus when it matters most. The entire Felt Bicycles family salutes Wout Van Aert, and we thank him for his partnership that has brought with it another rainbow jersey.

There's nothing quite like the heart of a champion. After shocking the world last year with an incredible maiden championship at the Leadville MTB 100 race in 2017, Larissa Connors returned to the famed Colorado town in order to defend her crown against a new crop of rivals.
Jennifer Valente of TWENTY20 earned four gold medals at the 2018 USA Cycling Elite Track National Championships, adding to her already impressive national and world jersey collection. Valente was victorious in Points Race, Scratch Race and Madison, a stunning display of dominance.
