The Sancy Gravel Race Partner At The Festival Outdoor de la Vallee Verte

Outdoor Concept 63, organizer of the Festival Outdoor de la Vallee Verte (FOVV), has partnered with Felt Bicycles for the event’s Sancy Gravel Race. The California-based cycling brand will serve as the event’s title sponsor. Together, Outdoor Concept 63 and Felt Bicycles are looking forward to supporting the growth of gravel cycling and gravel bike racing in France with this new and exciting event, which will take place in the Puy de Dôme area in the heart of the famed Auvergne region. The weekend-long event takes place June 19-20, 2021.

The Festival Outdoor de la Vallee Verte will offer a weekend wholly dedicated to outdoor sports, including the Sancy Gravel Race, as well as paddle sports and trail running activities. The gravel bike course presents three loops with varying terrain, and are made up primarily of gravel roads along with some single track sections. Together, the three loops will cover a total of 157 kilometers and 4,000 meters of elevation gain. The race will take place in glorious summer weather, and will start at sunrise and finish at sunset. The goal of the event is to enjoy as many of the loops as possible; those who complete the greatest number of loops will be rewarded with prizes.
